New Pain

Have you ever woken up in the morning with a "crick" in your neck or a deep pain in your back? New, acute pain like this can often be quickly relieved by restoring balance and lengthening the affected muscles. The moral of the story? Don't wait! Come see me today!

Ongoing Pain

Maybe you had a car accident 4 years ago. Maybe you have just always had a nagging pain in your shoulder that will come and go. These pains tend to take a little longer to get under control because you have been holding them for so long. We can tackle the source of these pains as quickly or slowly as your body allows.

Often ongoing pain is a wild goose chase in which we relieve one area and then find that pain was just masking pain and dysfunction in another area. Working through your ongoing pain can be a rewarding and exciting process!

Sports Therapy

This is an area that I am becoming increasingly interested in and excited about. Sports massage is a deep, and often aggressive, therapy that focuses on past injuries, preventing new injuries and maintaining a healthy muscle length in muscles that are being used and exerted on a regular basis. Stretching, flexing, and home care are some of the key factors to sports therapy.

Our approach to Therapeutic Massage will vary depending on your issue and the goals of your session.  Many techniques will be combined to help you reach your goals and may include cupping, hot stone, scraping, trigger point therapy, stretching, range of motion exercises and more.

We want to ensure that you get the most out of your treatment as well as set up a plan for the future to continue to help you improve and reach your goals.
